How long?

8 weeks ago I ordered a Catalyst 360 and my wife ordered a Polarflex from our local dealer, my suit was to have neoprene seals fitted and my wifes suit was to have a few minor alterations to the arm and leg length along with neoprene seals. I have just been told that my suits has just arrived at the dealer but my wifes suit still has not been dispatched from the factory and will be another week.

Is 8 weeks to make a few alterations to a drysuit normal for Whites?

[Upstate Scuba OWI]

I had to send mine back because a scuba tank fell on one of my valves and broke. It took them 10 weeks to get it back to me. I love the suit itself but there customer service needs to be faster
