Hi again Monica,
As in Malapascua, it's probably worth giving each of these locations 3-4 days, but you could also spend longer. In Moalboal there's Pescador island which is worth several dives, as well as many local sites on the wall near shore. Try Blue Orchid, or chat to Roger here on the board(outerreefadventure)
In Bohol, make sure you have time to visit Balicasag Island. Look at Lost Horizon - Philippine Fun Divers.
