the VIZ was atrocious. there was 4" layer of talcum powder on EVERYTHING. But that was a pretty big blow... Ernesto was a wuss.... go diving!

Hurricane I dont know about...typhoon is another story. Lets assume the typhoon comes with its 5-10 inches of rain and then leave right away. Shore diving takes a week to get back to 10 meter visibility. Boat diving is usually divable right away.
