The system at Bonaire is a tropical wave, not unusual for this time of the year. Remember it is rainy season now. Although it looked serious on satellite images there wasn't much rain or wind produced. Now it is slowly moving away from the ABC islands.
U.S. Virgin Islands won't be impacted.
