How is the diving/weather in Belize in early June?

I suppose I am a touch bitter. When I went to Belize, I went on a health/aid trip. We were asked by the group leader to get donations for medicine and bring them with us. We had a letter signed by someone in commerce (I believe) that stated our intent for bringing in the medicines. I decided to not lie and declare what we had. When I did, the customs agent completely searched every thing we had and ended up charging us 115 USD to bring medicines into the country that we were giving to underserved villagers in the south. Another group member got searched, but gave the agent a toothbrush and was allowed to pass through without out paying anything. LOL.
