How is Ramon's Village Resort for diving and sight seeing?

Didn't stay at Ramon's but I did dive with them last year. They were all super nice, and we had a great day of diving. Once place that I would say that can't be missed is El Fogon over near the Airport on Trigger Fish street. We ate there for both lunch and dinner, and the food is incredible. The Truck Stop can be a fun place to spend some time, they have something different going on every night that they are open.

Just to clarify, the fire was way back in August 2013 and the resort has been rebuilt as has been noted.
