Naw, I only recommited myself to serious exercise about a month ago.Carribeandiver:whoa, you are depressing me. I lost 5 lbs during my weekend OW class and figured it was due to the laps in the pool. I thought if I could swim laps regularly I would be able to eat cake and ice cream 7 times a day and still stay fit.
Are you saying you swim for 40 minutes 3-5 times a week and still need to lose 30 to 40 lbs? Please tell me you started out having to lose 300 and only have 30 to go. That 40 minutes burns an incredible amount of calories, how could be possible you are not losing weight in huge amounts?
