How far away do you live from your dive spot?

How far does everyone live from their normal dive spots? How many miles?

My most frequent spot is 2 miles away ... but the closes spot would be 200 yards away. I figure I'm very blessed to live so close to good diving.

local place,30 mins(muck diving). normal dive spot 8 hrs(4hrs bus ride,4hrs boat trip)

The closest sites are about 10-20 minutes by car. I could crouch in the fish tank in the back yard if I'm desperate.

Closest? A mile or so if I don't mind using an environmental suit. Usual dive resorts are about 70 miles away, which takes 2-3 hours depending on traffic.

you all suck!!! as i am jeleous, as i am 3 hours 206 miles away, and if i drive at 85 miles an hour, and i do, i get there in 3 hours!!!!! did i admit to that speed??? ooops

Within a mile if I want.

There is plenty of water around Sacramento to dive in. Don't be so fussy.
