how do you get more stars

since i have been a member of this site i have wonderd how we get our star rating up?
At the moment i have only one star. dose it go up from the amount of dives we have done or how many post we have posted?

The more you post, the more stars you get... up to 5.
After something like 2500 posts, you get the optional "ScubaBoard Addict" badge
