How do you choose a dive shop for Open Water certification?

Walter posted an excellent write up on how to find an excellent scuba class which I'd reproduced on my blog, and I believe that it's a sticky on the forum. Personally, a great way to check out the instructor is (if you can) to see him/her teaching, apart from just chatting with them.
