We wet suit divers who live in the cooler climates don't have the luxury of diving year round like those who live in the warmer latitudes; therefore, staying sharp and in shape until springtime can be a challenge.

I enjoy working out at the gym to stay in shape, and my local dive shop is generous enough to allow customers to dive in their pool.

How do you stay focused and in shape as a diver in the colder months? I'm always afraid that I might lose my edge during the winter lapse. Any suggestions?
