56 m that should be 170 ft. Air.
Location: Cutin (a rock near Cres Island, in Croatia).
2' deco at 6m 14' at 3 m.
It's maybe the most beautiful dive in Northern Adriatic.
Expert divers only, though.

130' while in Cozumel, diving the Devils Throat.

210' when I was in the Navy.

905' but I was riding in a submarine, during a hull test.

57m (187ft) on air. The wreck was at that depth (that was max depth, it starts at 42m). bottom time 15min or anyone reaching 100bar (it was 15min for us that time). One 15l steel tank on the back and another hanging on 6m (if someone needs it)...

Maybe it's like the broken pencil... pointless. Sorry I didn't expound on the dive... Kinda like the mountain climbers say, because it's there to see what the rope was attached to, have a look around, and then turn around mask, fins, snorkel, wetsuit (I don't think I had weights on that day)trained myself for awhile now that you mention it, the chest is kinda black and blue...

I like your answer.

If you want to know all the logistics, come diving.

Not all threads need to hash out all the why, why not, PADI regulations say this, did you have the proper gear (what ever that is), are you DIR, did you use mix, are you trained for this dive, did you change your underware this morning, would your mommy yell at you for the dive, etc............

Its a simple thread with simple answers.

Devils throat is a cool dive I hope to do it again in November when we are in Cozumel Kathy

There's nothing magic about going deep, unless there's something magic to see :).
If you go deep on air you'll see all sorts of magical things. :eyebrow:
I have been to 160 but I won't go there again until I have more training. Life is much more fun above 80.

730' for 29 days.

5.5 days of deco.

VERY big paycheck.

And thats why.

Still stands as the deepest sat. dive conducted in Canadian waters.

Just hope my bones don't turn to dust anytime soon!

Regards,

My understanding of the long bone necrosis issue is that it is believed to be related to repetitious decompression, and not to saturation diving.

You're probably safe.
