How can I repair my Force Fins? Can I possibly send them in for repair?

Hi, I am a United States Peace Corps volunteer who deploys in less than 2 months. Luckily, I will be serving in Micronesia.
I pulled out my Force Fins and unfortunately discovered they have some cracking near the bolt that secures the heel straps.

What would be the best way to repair this issue? Can I possibly send them in for repair?

I was thinking that I could use a few coats of Aquaseal?

If anyone has any other advice, I would greatly appreciate it!
