For sea sickness -> I highly recommend the Scopalamine patch. It's a prescription medicine that you can get from your doctor. Keeps you sea sick free for 3 days. The first day you have a little dry mouth but it gets better. I personally get rediculously sea sick and don't dive without the patch or alternatively Dramamine.
