Saw it with my family over the weekend. Eight out of ten. Good clean fun.
Hard to come up with a favorite bit. The cat "Alien" bit was great (if you got the reference). Hairball was perfect. There wasn't a part that I thought was 'bad'.
Really looking forward to Pixar's "The Incredibles" in November.

I saw it tonight (05/24/2004) with my family. I liked it better than the first. I can't say I had one favorite part, but can't say there was a bad part either.

we saw Shrek 2 on Friday. it was quite funny. you can see Mike Myer's hand
in writing the script (though he took no credit). The man is the best sketch writer
to come out of SNL (and that's saying a LOT). the only problem is that the movie
feels more like a series of sketches (good as they are) rather than as a single narrative. but that's ok. it was funny as heck. my favorite scene was when Puss in Boots fights Shrek.
i liked the first one better, just because it was so well written. i am amazed how tight
the script was for a "kid's movie." really well done.

If this keeps up they're going to add a 'movie review' forum somewhere on the board... 
I'm looking forward to see it. Shrek 1 was dubbed in Poland. And it was a great job!!!! The translator of all the dialogs is a genius.
I'm not joking - my cousins who are English born (and native English) but for the last couple of years live in Poland told me that Polish version was far better that the original one.
For the Shrek 2 it's the same translator and the same actors so I'm waiting for it
