Unfortunately, Bubbleheads is already gone out of business. There was a cover story about the owner getting called up to active duty. But I suspect I was right when I said they picked a terrible location, back when they first announced last August they were opening the store.

Kickady and Sea Sports have shops on I-45 just South of the Woodlands Mall, the Gander Mountain right by Spring High School has a pretty good selection of Dive stuff, as far as Tech I think WW Diving in Humble is a little more Tech oriented.
