Orchard Road has plenty of dining choices, shopping centers, and easy access to transportation. I stayed in one last time I was in town, and it made getting around super easy. Plus, you're close to some great restaurants and attractions, which is perfect if you want to explore after a day out.
If you're looking for comfort and convenience, a Singapore Orchard Road hotel could be a great option.

There are FOUR terminals all together.
Most domestic flights use T3(international as well) and a few use T4(exclusively for domestic).
AFAIK there is NO easy access to any hotel from T1, 2 and 4.
There are several nice one in Newport City just across the road from T3. There is a cover way.

@afdgf
You need to find out your arrival/departure terminal as well as the departure time of the flight on 05 Aug 2023 first.

Just adding more info for others to make this is more helpful...The T3 "cover way" is called Runway Manila. There are a bunch of $30-$40 airbnb condos about a 5-minute walk from the end of Runway Manila which is great for a long layover between landing internationally and domestic departure. After exiting baggage claim and customs you enter the arrivals hall, to the right there's an escalator, use that and look for Runway Manila signs. Also, FYI, when you get to the arrivals hall, you may be approached by a taxi hustler bro "Taxi brah?" they may charge you 10x a metered taxi. If you're approached by them and plan on using Runway Manila, just ask them which way to Runway Manila
