Hotel in Maumere?

I'm going for a crossing trip leaving from Maumere on 5 Dec and I plan to arrive the day before.

Any suggestions on a hotel there? I like really clean and I like great aircon and of course good food and quiet. Four star hotels are great for me for one night.

i was there 3 years ago..... i stay at the sea world club....3 years ago the hotel was the best in maumere... the room wasn't bad... but some huge cockroches... the food was bad for us... the beach was nice and clean... we stay there five days and now we didn't like maumere at all!!
