HOOZHU Diving Light ny good ?

Has anyone seen these lights in action ?
I have looked far and wide but can't find any good reviews on them.

Looks interesting and is the cheapest 1000 lumen (although one description says 700 lumen) I have seen. Nicely packaged and has a strobe mode. You will need a diffuser I think and possibly a red filter for use as a focus light. I am using two Laluz Optics lights which are almost twice as expensive and do not have the strobe mode. They are also Chinese sourced and very well built and I have been very happy with them. The only concern I would have is that you cannot see a picture of the beam pattern which would give you an idea of any hot spots. At this price you don't have much at risk. I would want a second battery.
