It’s important to consider why it’s considered the best and explore the terms associated with success such as “Elite Instructor”, “Platinum PADI Status”, “Frequent Trainer Program Awards” and “Career Development Center” or “CDC”.
First of all it’s important to consider the person behind the program. During her working life she has dived and worked in many of the major global diving locations including, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia and Central America and therefore is in a perfect position to advise new instructors about working within various global diving locations. Having well over a decade of global experience within the diving industry allows Holly to be able to advise new Instructor graduates about specific job opportunities within specific areas including what exactly will be expected of them by potential employers and what they themselves should expect from these prospective employers. Another advantage of Holly’s vast previous experience is that she can advise new Instructor about what it’s like working in specific areas including what they can expect from the local people, attitude, and culture, diving and work culture.
Now to some of the above mentioned terms such as “Platinum PADI Status”, “Frequent Trainer Program Awards” and “Career Development Center” or “CDC”.
