I know this thread is a bit old but was curious to see if @telemonster actually made the mounts or found a better solution to have a hard mounting of the cylinders to the H-frame? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I used the dive rite 1.5" wide cambands myself. They're available in CCR bottle length too so you don't have a massive extra tail.
I use them to hold lp50's on the factory h plate.
