I wear a size 10 sneaker but Im in a size #9 dive boot & just picked up a size regular F1 from my lds. Was able to try the various sizes on & that worked best..

I just got mine in the mail yesterday, I went with the 'regular' size. They fit perfectly in my size 9US Bare 5mm soft boots. They would probably be fine for a 10 but it'd be quite a snug fit. Also, if my foot was a size smaller I think they'd fit great as well.

Jim's measurements are spot on.


On a side note - I couldn't be happier with these fins.

So I got the regular. It fits me perfectly. 3mm hardsole Size 10 diving boot.
