IMO, one reason ScubaPro is not more popular is that they don't have a a sealed diaphragm 1st stage with a swivel turret.

I have Dive Rite XTs and ScubaPro Mk25 Evo+G260 reg sets. And some Hollis regs, too.

To me, the G260 breathes nicer than any other of the others.

I use my SP regs on my back gas tanks and the DR regs on my deco bottles. The DR regs are nice and compact 1st stages. That, along with the swivel turret makes them really nice on slung deco bottles.
 
I have 4 sets of swivel turret dive rites and love the breathing on them the only one thing I dont like and that is the swivel is too close to the lock nut . Its an irritation when usinig side mount as you cant swivel the hoses past the nut, its a poor design.
