My friend ripped a hole in her Henderson 7mm today. It didn't go all the way through but its pretty bad, what is the best way of fixing this?

neoprene glue on the torn rubber faces.... let it tack up 5-10 mins (optional, but recommended for any larger work: apply another coat, and wait again for it to dry) and then work the bits back together without bunching or wrinkling. You only get one shot at it since it is contact cement, but if you take your time and let the glue tack up (DRY TILL NOT STICKY) the fix will be just as solid as prior to the rip. and viola suit as new!!

Neoprene cement: Neoprene cement - Shop sales, stores & prices at TheFind.com

There are a number of manufacturers and most LDSs will stock it. Get the neoprene cement rather than others as the neoprene cement will stay flexible and stretch with the wetsuit. Other cements are often much less flexible and will not work as well
