I just noticed that the HP hose on my fill whip has a small(ish) hole in the casing.

I found this after topping off a pony tank. At that time there was no leak from hole

Is this cause for concern, or am I OK to ignore the hole and fill on?

Kinda looks like the liner got caught or melted somehow.

It’s probably fine, but if it was me...spring the couple bucks and replace it.

replace it when I teach the fill station operator course , I show a video of a wip going nuts and beating the crap out of everything .....

I agree it is cheaper to replace it before it blows.
