Hog harness crotch strap help!

So I got my rig in the mail today and have been threading the hog harness as listed in the instructions, but when I got to the crotch strap the directions leave something to be desired....or maybe my two brain cells are working too hard and just keep bumping into each other leaving me very confused. Pictured is how I have the crotch strap weaved through the slot on the bottom of the backplate and through the keeper and to me it just doesnt look right. What am I doing wrong?

You have the Crotch Strap on backwards. The Butt Dring should face out, not in towards your back. Nice plate BTW

Does the webbing pass throught the keeper twice? It should. Just flip the crotch strap over and rethread through the keeper.

By twice I mean the webbing goes through both slots in the keeper, then through the backplate, and then back through both slots in the keeper.
