The Yukon changes monthly now. As for the lack of life, that really isn't an issue any longer; large schools of senioritas and bass are regulars. Big Ling cod have taken up residence in many of the holes. Strawberry anemones inhabit someof the deck area and there are no less than 200 medtridiums on the wreck now.

For serious wreck penetration divers the wreck is not much of a challenge in most areas; she was "over prepared" for divers. Areas like the transmission room are pretty cool and can be challenging depending on your entry.

Depth is 55 to the high side, 105 to the sandy bottom under the curve of the wreck and 109 at the deepest penetration spot.

I dive her a few times a month, she is constantly changing.

Unless you really like sealions and don't want to see much else don't waste your time. Catalina, San Clemente; anything else is far better. They don't have the local nickname "Bore-onados" for nothing!
If you want to go there use the Blue Escape, for local sites the Lois Ann.
