Queen of the Turtles
Hey everyone!
I know I have been less than active on the boards of late, but hoping to have some pix to post really soon.
Tom and I were married at the Tower Club on Sunday, July 3 with a magical ceremony and a kick-ass party! I was told there wasnt a dry eye in the first 3 rows, including our best man. Even our officiant was blinking hard. It was incredibly moving and wonderful. The party after was even better. The view over downtown slowly faded from day to night while we danced and ate and drank. We were kicked out of the venue at midnight and still had a crowd of people hanging around trying to make the party longer. I couldnt have envisioned a more perfect evening.
After a pause to linger with out of town family who stayed on after the wedding and to wait for the arrival of our birthdays, we are headed to Saba for our honeymoon tomorrow. I will celebrate my birthday in style in clear, blue salt water with my new perma-buddy.
Tom's birthday will be our last full day on the island. I havent had such a perfect July in forever.
I promise to post pix when I get back. After that I hope to see some people out at CSSP!!
