That would be a no... wish we had diving. They do some dives in rivers in SC but don't think that is what you are looking for.
How long are you going to be there? Would you have time to take a trip to Fla?

Diving - yes. Dive charters - no.There are good wrecks and live bottom areas (J reef for example). There was one scubaboard poster that did take his boat out. Search the Hilton Head threads.
