I just joined the board myself. I am from Lebanon TN but am living in the Tampa FL area now. I am retired from the Air Force but was assigned to Army units----(I know that's strange but--. Retired in 93 as a member of the 82nd at Bragg. Anyway Welcome
 
the 160th SOG is Army, right?
 
You're probably thinking the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) Andy. I've never met finer aviators (NOT PILOTS!) in my life. They're based at Ft. Campbell too. You wouldn't believe how quiet those MH-6 "Little Birds" are.
