I want to open a dive centre!
I have secured all the correct visas to enter and open a business in the Philippines,Boracay.

I am a advanced diver to date.

Question is purchasing PIC.

Am I able to purchase the PIC packages for students to qualify to become a diver via Padi or does a qualified instructor have to purchase them.

If you want to become a PADI dive center with the ability to purchase materials, including PICs, you should contact PADI Asia Pacific in Australia and ask about the requirements. As for certifying students, you will need to employ instructors for that. If you do not want to become an affiliated dive center, PADI instructors can independently purchase PICs.
