Welcome Aboard!!!!!!

Becareful, it's addictive. Who cares!!!!!

Good friends and good info. What could be better??????

My wife went to Australia in March 2003. She loved it. She especially loved Exmouth. She said it was like diving into "Finding Nemo".

Howdy!

The shore dive was at Oak Park, Cronulla. Nice shore entry near the seawater pool, quickly into 7m and then a gradual swim down to 10-12m. Lots of bottom time, especially on Nitrox. Well worth it.

The deep wreck dive yesterday was on the Tuggerah off the Royal National Park. There is a great page on the history and dive profile at

http://www.michaelmcfadyenscuba.info/articles/tuggerah.htm

As Michael warns, this is not for the inexperienced. It's a deco dive to 48m. I had 16 minutes of bottom time and then 17 minutes deco working off my Mosquito. Took a pony with EANx80 for the deco stops at 7.5m and then 4-5m.

There was a moderate current on the wreck and the vis was fantastic, 20m at least. Lots of schooling fish, 2m wobbigongs, cuttlefish etc. One of the best dives I've done. Got out there on Sea Tamer, see http://www.seatamerdive.com/

Thanks for the welcome, SteveD...
