so I'm New To Texas, moved here in 2008. been diving since 1996. didn't dive much last year at all. i have been re-equipping to a technical equipment, and more or less getting my self in shape, due to a 10foot plus fall and a short trip to the hospital last year made me realize how far i let my weight and health go. so long story short, i'm 55 lbs lighter and losing about 1 - 1.5 lbs per week since i started a high protein low fat diet and weight training/cardio program. i'm close to being lighter than i have been since 1996, my two sets of dubbles are ready to go, and so am i. and for the first time since 2006 im actually going to go on a real dive vacation. (as soon as my new passport is approved im booking a week in coz and flying out in June. i've got a new travel rig coming in on Monday and i am looking to get a few dives on it before heading to coz (witch i plan to do at least once a year now.) im getting in shape feeling good and itching to get back in the water (and not the pool doing drills and getting strange looks from my neighbors)
