hello everyone im a new diver i have about 40 dives under my belt most where in the cayman islands the rest being done in lake eerie and a few in Florida. im taking my advanced open open dives this Sunday with my same instructor john Norris who's padi number is like 6 lol. but anyways i bought a mares puck love it to death use a 7 foot primary hose, but i wanted to digitally pull off my dives so i installed drak and got all the new usb drivers and such and yet i still allways get a error that says your device isnt plugged in or isnt properly configured and there support team is not helpful at all. any help would be wonderful. sorry for terrible English im a math major hah

When I get this error trying to download from my Cobra 2 it usually indicates that the contacts on the back of the computer have a little build-up on them. I take a small grinding bit from my Dremel set and, by hand, clean off the tips of the contacts on both the computer and the cable.
