this is going to be a real mess, but here goes anyway. been to coz. for the last 3 years (annually) and used del mar aquatics(ok) for 2 years and aqua safari last year (not pleased). we are a large group 12-15 divers daily, so we need someone who is flexible. Lets have some opinions on the best dive op on the island. ;)

And my group (6-13) have always been taken care of at Dive Paradise. They pick us up at Plaza Los Glorias, right at the pier in front of the hotel, and we usually get the entire boat.

They take us anywhere we want to go, and the DM's usually let us go where we want within their safety envelope. We have pushed them and we have gotten as deep as 165 (diver was cert'd for deco diving).

The DM's are friendly. They server fresh fruit and mexican sodas between dives, which is very nice. Their boats aren't the fastest around, but that's ok, it gives us time to dry off, sit in the sun, and talk to the divers and compare dive notes.

I can comfortably recommend Dive Paradise, and will be able to review them again in about 15 days when I get back.

Have a great trip, whomever you decide to dive with!

Just left Coz on the 6th and I'll have to say Amandasdad is right on the money. We also stayed at PLG and the Tango picked us up every morning right on time. We had from 12-18 divers and had a blast with these guys. They usually broke us into 3 groups to dive. If you use these guys ask for Mario Lopez ( he has a beard) He goes out of his way to find things for you to see, lobster, crab, etc. He also seems to have a knack for spotting turtles.

Happy Diving,
ALS
