What kind of shark is this, at 40m Nusa Penida BALI ??

I have now googled lemon shark and i think you are right, thanks :)
 
It is hard to tell from the pic but I have seen a few lemons out of the water. And there are a few that have the second dorsal.
 
the D2 looks too small. To me it looks like a Silver Tip Shark. C. Albimarginatus The whitish margins on fins and the faint white line along the side in the one pic. make me think of it. Could be shadows on the pic though, but it seems to show a line in both images. Wish I could have seen them in person, you're lucky. thanks for the pictures. Cheers
 
Yes it is a Lemon Shark, but not the same Lemon Shark that lives in the Atlantic and Eastern Pacific. It's the Sicklefin Lemon Shark found in the Indian and Indo-Pacific oceans. The sharply pointed, swept back fins are a distinguishing feature.
