Help with Scubapro MK10 Rebuild

Nothing conclusive, but both the fingernail and Q-tip test will work providing you know what to feel for. It is very subtle.
My wife, with her longer fingernails definitely felt something right away. Me, not so much.
On the other hand, I caught it with a wooden Q-tip. The vibration from the nick traveled up the stick. Not sure I would catch it with a normal Q-tip. No fibers hanging from my piston...
Now that I know what to feel for, I suppose I could use these testing methods.
But, for around 20 dollars I have a wireless (wi-fi) camera/microscope that clearly confirmed the problem. It's a plus as my close vision is suffering from plain old age.

More cycling at different pressure and the MK10 is still holding like a champ. Thanks for your help!
