Help with Problems on E-Beach?

I just saw this in the news today:

Seems a lot of arrests were made. There were some people with much more disgusting crimes than drug usage arrested as well. And for that I'm truly happy. But hopefully some of the problem causers around E-Beach and elsewhere were arrested as well.

And what would be even better is hopefully those that weren't arrested will be scared straight and able to lead productive lives.

That is awesome, sad though that it took US Marshalls to do what HPD can't. Hope they caught the guy that ripped me off.

Looks like Hawaii is getting help from other national entities. I don't know that this will help crime for 10 -20 years. But this new center sounds great-- almost community uniting:
