Help with Memomouse for Aladin Sport

I have a Aladin Sport and the Memomouse for Windows. The computer works great and some of the time I can get my computer to download the data. Other times I have to do the same routine multiple times (following the instructions exactly) to get a good transfer. The problem may be with my computer. This is the error message I get. I'm trying to download to Diving Log 5.0 using the "download" "uwatec memomouse" functions.

Any ideas
