I agree with the recs for the Scubapro Ladyhawk. It fits my small frame like a glove. Definitely designed with a small woman's body in mind (at least the small size one). Very streamlined and no unnecessary, never used, clunky pockets to get in the way. D-rings are well positioned for clipping off lights and pressure gauge.

And it looks good too, which a young girl will always appreciate :)
