Help.. What is this Scubapro "Stainless" Knife?

I recently bought a bunch of used gear from a couple who hadn't used it in over 8 years. One of the pieces that came with the gear was a scubapro knife. A guy at the dive shop I took the gear to be serviced at said it was a collector's item... Anyone know what the model is called or what it's called? Thanks for the help!

That particular version of the "Safety Knife" was first seen in the 1990 Catalog. The earlier version of it first appeared in 1988.
