Dick Long gave me a great suggestion and by golly it worked! He told me to pull the wrist seals a bit higher up on my wrist away from the tendons and then wear a pair of neoprene wetsuit gloves with wrist elastic on them. The glove should be one that is not too long, but not too short either. Make it just long enough to cover the wrist area that is causing the leaks and the glove will hold the wrist seals up where you've put them. This worked great for me when caving. I've got rings and dry gloves and I switch to seals when caving. I cut the fingers off the gloves and joila' I'm all set!

Thanks to all that responded. What I have learned is tucking the neck inside at least 2.5-3 inches stops any leakage. Also, by keeping a comfortable squeeze on the suit also aids in any water entering. Thanks to your suggestions, I went from a gallon of entry water to a cup of water to no water.
