Help identifiying this 2nd stage regulator?

Hi all, am I trying to determine which model Dacor regulator I have on my rig. The first stage is a Dacor Quantum but I seem to recall the 2nd stage had a different model name. Can anyone tell by looking at the attached photo which one it is? I've tried searching google and can't seem to find much info on older Dacor products...I believe this was purchased back in 1996? Obviously, I have long since discarded any boxes/receipts that could tell me which one this is. Thanks!

Dacor Extreme. Made in 1991-1996 There are NO parts available for these unless an older Dacor dealer still has some. I had a few of these back in the early 90s. They breathed well. But the 2nd stage design and the radical first stage design made them kind of odd.

It was made in Italy by a small manufacturer.
