      Hello,
Just read your memorial and I agree. Ive been diving for 4 years and I love it. Probably woun't get past Open Water Advanced which I am now. My dream is to do Rescue Diver.your advice "scrub the dive" if your unsure of I agree with. In March last year, my partner and I were on a boat intending to dive in Adelaide. I was not happy with the conditons (very rough) and was unsure of my weights (figured this out on the boat trip as we normally dive in different conditons ). I bailed, but my partner didn't, and was immediately in a whole lot of trouble as he had taken the advise against his own experience to add more weights to his system. sunk like a stone and had to hang on to the mooring line (lucky he had that to hang on to). The line tossed him around a lot, at least he is still on this earth to tell the tale....lesson learnt! Just wanted to let you know I think your post is important. ON a light note we are off to Papua New Guinea in Jan and to Mozambique in August.
