Help ID this 1st stage please

Trying to ID this 1st stage.

Identifying marks-
1) 4000 psi stamped on the yoke clamp
2) large flats that extend up to the yoke at each of the port plug
3) knob says Oceanic

It's called Oceanic Sport Piston First Stage.........

The sport piston is a series and not a specific model.

So it's an incomplete answer.

It's technically SP4 serie, and it's called Sport Piston First Stage, so what is incomplete?
