We have recently returned from Cozumel where we had our wedding. We tried "Diving with Alison", which was a good experience. Some of our guests were unable to sign on with Alison, since her boat was full. Therefore, they were able to sign on with "Dive with Martin" and they had a very good time as well. All I can say is contact the dive operation you have in mind to make sure you are comfortable with them and then go and have some fun!

Guys and Gals,

Going to Cozumel in April and staying at the Park Royal (Which is on west side, middle of island, but on/near beach) We planned this with some other non-divers, so we didnt stay at a dive resort, but my buddy and I plan to do a lot of a la-carte diving. Any suggestions as to a dive shop and places to dive that are relativly cheap? Thanks

I dove with Sand Dollar Sports and had a great experience. If you decide to dive with them ask for Jerry Garcia to be your DM. (He in no way resembles a Greatful Dead groupie). I'm not familar where the Park Royal is located, but Sand dollar's outfit is also on the west side of the island next door to the Reef Club Resort. Maybe it's close to where you're staying.
