Help finding parts for U.S. Divers fins

I don't know how old they are but I'm looking for replacement parts (buckles) for my U.S. US Divers Technisub Monaco fins. Anyone have any ideas? Here is a picture of the fins if that helps.

why not just convert them to spring straps?

Well I could, but my LDS sent me the wrong ones, they don't fit. Don't know what ones I would need.

I'm pretty sure if you took the buckles off & measured the head of the mounting posts (pins) they would be 9/16 across the tops, less on the shafts.

measure from the center of the pins the buckles mount on, around your heal to the center of the opposite pin. I or someone else can make you a set to fit you. Be sure to do it with your boots on.

Yep, from the center of one to the center of the other. I have clear PVC tubing as pictured & tubular nylon in red, yellow or black.
