Help finding house to sleep 20 in Costa Rica

I'm trying to find a house in Costa Rica that will sleep 20, is near the ocean for diving but also close to night life and relatively close to a major airport. I've looked here and also searched www.vrbo.com but I'd like to hear if anybody out there has personal experience with renting a large home in CR.

Any help would be appreciated.

OK, I found a place named Villa Cascada on the NW coast. I have it booked for Jan 2-7. Looks like a nice place - all inclusive.

Just got back from staying at Villa Cascada. I was part of a group of 21 people and we had the whole (huge) Villa to ourselves. It was great! Nice place for a big group.

Now I'm looking for something similar in Belize. If anybody knows of a LARGE house that can accomodate 20-25 people in Belize let me know....
