HELP!!! Decisions time: Visayas vs Bali???

Hi! I have two weeks off in late October and have gotten some great prices and packages from dive companys in Philippines and Indonesia but am at a loss as to which to go to. Looking at the Visayas versus Bali - both claim to be year round so does it matter which I choose or does anyone know if one is better than the other at that particular time.......

Any help is appreciated.

Visaya! No doubt! I have more than 3.500 dives around the world and I think the Visaya area has at least fife of my top-10 dive sites. Around Moalboal I always dive with Jesper at Neptune (Diving and PADI Dive Courses in Moalboal, Santander, Cebu, Philippines: Scuba Diving, PADI Dive Courses, Dive Safari, Accommodation, Beach Resorts, hotels and restaurants.) and St. Ander/Liloan with Eden Resort (Eden Resort - Your all inclusive, western standard, luxury hotel & resort in Liloan, Santander, Cebu, Philippines) and on Siquihor Bruce at Kiwi Dive Resort (kiwi dive resort siquijor) is always helpful.

Bali it in m.h.o. way too touristic and spoiled.
