I've posted on the topic before, but with each passing day, I'm getting more and more stoked about getting out into and under the water so I thought I'd say howdy to all you Tampa Bay folk.
I moved back to Tampa Bay after about 6 months of living in Key West. It was during that time that I finally saw what brings people to Florida. In the 13 years I've lived here, it took one special person to show me in only months something that I learned has been missing from my life. It's so rare that I get so motivated to do anything and getting certified has been one of those things that turned from something I wanted to do to something I feel I have to do.
After some time working on something else I feel passionate for, I have finally taken the first steps toward certification. Go Me!
Anyway, I just figured I'd warn all of y'all out there that you'll probably be seeing a lot more of me, and I don't know about you, but I can't wait!

Wahoo, a new dive buddy.......Get 'r' done. Where are we going first??? Mis D We need to get everyone together for a meet and great down at Anna Maria Island or something again. I know along with Lil Bit a couple other new divers who whould show "work pending".

I'm hurrying, I'm hurrying! I got my bookwork, confined water dives, and I'm halfway done with my open water dives. I am all set to go for next Saturday and then tada, I'll be certified. . . Well I'll have the first of several certifications I intend on collecting. I can't wait!!!

Congratulations, I had a similar experience. I am heading to the Keys the 19th and 26th and will get my AOW, nitrox, and Rescue Diver. I'm headed for Instructor as soon as I can get there!

A meet and greet is a good idea but I am booked until mid Nov. If one gets set up before then I will try to make it but no promises. If not then maybe we can set one up then.
